Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Policy for CASATWIST by STUFZ LLC

Important Note regarding Amazon FBA:

STUFZ LLC utilizes Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) . Therefore, most returns, refunds, and customer service interactions for CASATWIST products are physically handled by Amazon’s fulfillment centers. The following policy aligns with Amazon’s standard return requirements but adds CASATWIST-specific conditions for Health and Tool items.

1. Standard Return Window (Amazon Managed)

For most CASATWIST products (Toys, Kitchen, Household, Garden), the return window follows the Amazon.com standard policy: 30 days from delivery. Customers can initiate returns via their Amazon Orders page. Amazon will generally issue a "Refund at First Scan" for items under $100, meaning you are refunded as soon as the USPS/UPS tracking shows the item is dropped off .

2. Returnless Refunds (Small Items)

To save shipping costs for low-value items (generally under $15-$20), STUFZ LLC authorizes Returnless Resolutions for specific products such as small garden ties, kitchen utensils, or small toy accessories . If Amazon determines the item is not cost-effective to ship back, you may receive a full refund without returning the physical product.

3. Specific Conditions for Health Aids & Tools

· Health Aids (Ingestion/Topical): For sanitary and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any health aid, supplement, or personal care item that has been opened, used, or had its safety seal broken. If the product arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement .

· Tools: Tools returned with signs of heavy use, abuse, or missing parts may be subject to a Restocking Fee (up to 50% of the purchase price) as determined by Amazon’s condition grading.

4. High-Value Claims ($100+)

If you require a return for a CASATWIST item valued over $100, Amazon will provide a Prepaid Return Label (APRL) . Refunds are processed within 7 days of drop-off. If you believe your return was processed incorrectly (e.g., you returned the item but Amazon did not refund you, or you were charged for a damaged return that wasn't your fault), STUFZ LLC advises you to file a SAFE-T Claim via Amazon Seller Central, as Amazon acts as the fulfillment agent .

6. Statutory Warranties

We provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects for all CASATWIST hard goods (Kitchen, Tools). This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or commercial use.
